Process

Great design doesn't happen in isolation — it happens through collaboration. Every successful project is built on trust, transparency, and a shared vision. Collaboration isn’t just a phase in the process — it is the process.

In every project there are the usual deliverables and design collateral, rest assured it is second nature to deliver concepts, wireframes, mockus, prototypes and documentation.

But here is a closer look at how I work together with clients to bring great ideas to life.

1. Shared Understanding

Every project begins with a conversation — not about color palettes or wireframes or deliverables, but about goals, challenges, and users. I need to understand not just what you need, but why you need it. Who are your users? What’s the business impact? What’s holding you back? I ask alot of questions, and listen carefully, because clarity at the beginning leads to alignment later on.

2. Co-Creation, Not Handoffs

There will be no “big reveal.” Instead, I drive a colloborative and transparent creative process from day one. Whether it´s sketching ideas, exploring visual directions, or building interactive prototypes — feedback is allways welcomed and it helps shape the outcome in real time.

I use collaborative tools like Figma, Framer, and Miro to keep everything visible and accessible. You’ll always know where things stand — and you’ll always have a voice.

Design is not something I do for you — it’s something I build with you.

3. Transparent Communication

No unnessesary technical design terminology or complexity, just jargon-free, clear, open communication. Regular check-ins, honest conversations, and thoughtful updates is what drive successful projects.

Whether it’s a quick Slack message or a weekly demo, I tailor communication to match your workflow — not the other way around.

4. Respecting Your Expertise

You know your business, I know design. I see myself as a creative partner — here to offer perspective, solve problems, and help you make more confident, informed decisions. Advocating for the user still foucsed on business goals.

I´m not here to impose a vision. I´m here to translate yours into something more powerful, and functional!

5. Feedback Loops That Work

I believe feedback is what drives the design process— but only when it’s structured and respectful. Throughout the project, I create clear opportunities for input and iteration. This keeps the momentum going while making sure your insights are reflected at every stage.

Instead of endless revisions, I aim for thoughtful progress — together.

6. Finishing Strong — and Moving Forward

When I deliver the final design, it’s not the end — it can be seen as the launchpad. Now your in a great position to collect data, understand user behavour and stay at the forefront. During handoff I provide detailed documentation in Figma, and provide guidance to ensure a smooth transition to implementation. And I´m always around to support what comes next.

For me good collaboration doesn’t end with a deadline. I aim to build long-term relationships, rooted in trust and shared success.

In Closing

The best results come from working together — openly, honestly, and creatively. That’s why I treat every client as a collaborator, not just a recipient of deliverables. If you're looking for a designer that listens, thinks strategically, and creates with you, not just for you — let’s talk.
