The Challenge

Infinite Mind had a promising learning product concept, but the experience lacked the structure, feedback loops, and interaction patterns needed to fully engage users and support long-term retention. Navigation, progression, and contextual feedback needed to be clearer, while the mobile experience required a more intuitive flow to make learning feel motivating and effortless. The challenge was to create a product experience that balanced playful gamification with usability—making reading improvement feel engaging and rewarding while maintaining clarity around progress, goals, and performance. The platform needed stronger UX foundations to support engagement, improve retention, and create a cohesive experience across product and brand touchpoints.

What I did

UX & IA Optimisation: Improved the product structure, user flows, and interaction logic to create a clearer and more intuitive mobile learning experience with better contextual guidance. Gamification Design: Designed motivating progression systems, feedback loops, and playful interactions that encouraged users to build habits, track improvement, and stay engaged over time. UI & Brand Alignment: Refined the interface design and visual language to create a product experience that felt playful, motivating, and efficient while aligning product and brand messaging. User Testing & Validation: Conducted unmoderated usability testing through Maze to validate interaction patterns, measure usability improvements, and iterate the experience based on user expectations. Cross-Platform Support: Extended the design improvements across the marketing website to strengthen the overall product narrative and create a more consistent user journey.
