The Challenge

Life Happens provided valuable financial education content, but the platform structure made it difficult for users to navigate information and complete key tasks efficiently. Over time, unclear content hierarchy and fragmented workflows created friction and reduced engagement. Manual operational tasks and inconsistent organisation made it harder for partner organisations to manage and distribute resources effectively. The platform needed a clearer structure to improve usability, reduce friction, and support future scalability.

What I did

Content Restructuring: Audited and reorganised content into clear domains and hierarchies to improve findability and reduce cognitive load. Resource Optimisation: Redesigned search, filtering, and resource management flows to improve content access and distribution. Automation & Integration: Reduced manual processes through workflow automation and improved integration of campaign tools. Onboarding UX: Designed structured onboarding flows to improve usability and reduce friction for new users. Validation: Used wireframes and iterative testing to validate workflows and improve task efficiency.
